altMeditative Dance is an East-West synthesis development program.  Synthesized techniques include yoga, classical ballet, movement meditation and contemporary body training and dance techniques.

These combined techniques aim to provide coordination and concentration in a simultaneous and synchronized manner.

Perfect posture, flexible body, movement skills and regeneration are among the primary targets of Meditative Dance.

Without Borders -2nd International Art Forum in Bulgaria

The International Art Forum “Without borders” will happen for a second time between 18th  and 20th  of September in “The Palace” - Balchik, Bulgaria, with the support of “Industrial Association” – Varna and with the partnership of art network “Scenderman”, “The Palace”  and Transtriumph Holding AD.

Within the first forum happened international art management conference and workshop, where participated 33 professionals from 9 countries and 3 continents. Theme of this meeting was “Music without borders”. The idea of the first forum was developing of international culture network, future art festival and developing north-east Bulgaria as a future center of the European, Balkan and Bulgarian art and culture.

An Interdisciplinary Approach to Art Education: Meditative Dance

2009 International Conference on the Arts in Society was held in Venice, Italy, 28 to 31 July 2009, in conjunction with the Venice Biennale. The 4-day conference has been organized at Palazzo Cavalli Franchetti, of the Istituto Veneto di Scienze, Lettere ed Arti, in the heart of the city, with access to pavilions along the Giardini.

The 2009 Arts Conference addressed a range of critically important issues and themes relating to the arts in society. Plenary speakers included leading thinkers and practitioners in the arts, as well as paper, workshop and colloquium presentations by researchers and practitioners in all fields of artistic engagement.

European Artists meet in Istanbul in 2010

European Performing Artists, under the umbrella of European-Off Network, will have their Third Big Gathering in Istanbul in year 2010, following Italy (2007) and Austria (2004).

The meeting, which will be organized in 2010 European Capital of Culture, Istanbul to reflect the vast cultural mosaic of the city, will bring together more than 300 art and culture representatives from around 30 countries of Europe.

A Third Space in Times of War

The Conference “Third Space” was held in Vienna between 15-19 September 2008 with the participation of 20 countries from Europe, Middle East and the Mediterranean. The conference was organized by Freie Theater from Austria with the partnership of UK, Israel (Arma Theater) and Turkey (Simya Sanat). Being held for the first time in Italy during May 2007, the Third Space conference emphasizes the theme of ‘Theatre in the times of War’. In this scope, the conference invites cultural operators and artists from the countries in conflict as well as from European countries, as participants.
